We were founded in 2022 and have opened companies for our clients, all using our simple, efficient, and reliable online system.
2 years on, we have clients worldwide and a well-established offices based in Telford and Dubai with administration, sales, and IT teams.
We are also an authorised Partner of Ras Al Khaimah Government for Company registrations/Formations.
Our goal is to make the whole incorporation and company maintenance process as simple as possible for our customers.

Thomas BurnettFounder & CEO
Thomas is trained in accountancy and tax with a big 6 firm. Having a career change early and spent 30+ years in Software Engineering developing Financial applications. Thomas also developed the UK and Worlds first mobile Top-up system.
Having the above experience coupled with working in different parts of the world has given me the knowledge and tools to help create businesses/companies in Tax havens for the absolute benefit of our customers. I pride myself on quality and delivery ensuring we provide an excellent service and knowledge at every step of the way for our customers.
Michelle LewisFounder & COO
Michelle has an unprecedented knowledge of the customer services industry and has grown the business over the years to help with the development of Company formation offshore software. We wouldn’t have our client base today without Michelle who has spent time visiting clients both new and existing knowing that they are at the forefront of everything we do.

AG was founded in 2022 by the founders Thomas and Michelle. Their aim was to provide a secure online system to form companies quickly and easily. Thomas worked in IT for 35 years having previously worked for Microsoft and travelled the world extensively working in locations such as Middle East, Africa, USA and the Pacific regions. His aim has always been for AG to offer the best online facilities in our industry and he is very proud of how far we have come, now offering offshore formations and online company management services.
Michelle has an unprecedented knowledge of the customer services industry and has worked closely with AG over the years to help with the development of Company formation offshore software.
